She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Vissing and Laura Vissing (Hogan); her uncles, George and Bill Hogan; her cousins, Patricia and Kevin; her sister-in-law Phyllis Speiser; and her nephew Jim.
She is survived by: her husband Blaine Edward Tobin; her children, Amy Catherine, Christine Marie and Douglas Edward; and her grandchildren, Hannah Simpkins, Chloe Bartlett, Zane Tobin and Corbin Bartlett. She is also survived by family members, including in-laws and many dear and loving friends.
