He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Douglas and Ruth Douglas (Blevins); and his stepson Justin Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Douglas; his brother Timothy Douglas of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Howard DeCassios of Guthrie and Catrina Eschenbacher (Stephen) of Guthrie; and his grandchildren, Tristin Wilkerson (Dayln) of Coyle, Cade Anderson of Oklahoma City, Karinda Wilkerson of Guthrie, Ethan DeCassios of Oregon and Asa Eschenbacher of Guthrie.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Memorial Chapel (220 N 1st St, Guthrie, OK 73044).
