Arletta touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Duane; and her parents, Floyd Conger and Emma Conger. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Conger, Dennis Conger and Barbara Conger Lavake; her daughters, Janet Ramey and Lorinda Shores; her grandchildren, Tyler Shilling (Molly) and Tate Shilling (Peyton); and her great grandchildren, Sammy Shilling, Cooper Shilling and Colson Shilling.
