He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Maudie Loretta Earls (Gaddy); his wife Mary Ann Earls; his son Lance Thomas Earls; his brother Donald Ray Earls; and his daughter-in-law Lacrisha Diane Earls (Stephens).

He is survived by: his sons, Raylon Earls (Lisa Hand) of Guymon and Justin Earls of Guymon; his granddaughter Shelby Earls (Matt Heisler) of Guymon; his great grandchild Katie Ann Heisler of Guymon; and his sister-in-law Nancy Earls of Tyler, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The Earls family request memorials in Lieu of flowers be given to Panhandle Shriners or Victory Memorial Methodist Men's Group in Guymon.
