With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Therese Cox of Guymon, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 20, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Bennett and Phyllis Irene Jones (Pierson); her stepmother Wanda Jones; and her siblings, Wallace Jones and Lynda Favors.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean Cox (Kim) of Owasso and Derek Cox (Robin) of Fairview; her grandchildren, Emily Cox, Kellen Cox, Kaleigh (Garrett McCain), Cade Cox (Natalie) and Abbey Cox; her great grandchildren, Cori and Cali Cox; her sister Jan Bauer (Roger) of Guymon; and her nephews, Nathan, Taylor and Nick Bauer.
The Cox family suggests memorials be given to the Guymon First Baptist Church.
