He is survived by: his wife Stephanne Woertink; his daughters, Shayla and Shandy; his stepsons, Bryton Allard and Terrence Watson; his grandchildren, Shelby and Sammie; his nieces, Roseanne Scott and Amy Crawford; and his brother Laurence Scott.
