He is survived by : his children, Sonya Leyva Martinez of Garden City, Kansas, Ciclary Leyva of Mexico, Sabrina Leyva of Garden City and Efren Leyva; his stepchildren, Chritina Romero of Odessa, Texas and Jessica Balderrama of Beaver, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Guadalupe, Josefina, Concha, Maria, Jorge Leyva and Jesus Leyva.
