He is survived by : his wife Sandy Carter of Norman, Oklahoma; his sons, Shawn Dean Lewis (DeAnna) of Blanchard and Brandon Jay Lewis (Regina) of Oklahoma City; his sister Bethine Haynes of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Brandon Trey Lewis of Oklahoma City and Kaitlin Marie Burson of Welling, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Avery Danae Burson and Aubrey Marie Burson.
