He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy James and Ada Edna Fowler (Daugherty); his sister Carolyn Hall (Fowler); and his grandson Ben Ward. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Fowler (Slater); and his children, Lisa Ward Rice (Rae) of Edmond, Jerry Ward (Renee) of Oklahoma City, Jef Fowler (Starrla) of Memphis, Tennessee, Scott Fowler (Julie) of Dallas, Texas and Matthew Fowler of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
