He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dwayne and Irene Calsing; his brother Brad Lee Smith; and his stepfather Roger Sublett. He is survived by: his children, Kale Smith (Chelsi), Lane Smith and Emily Smith; his granddaughters, Hayden Rae Smith and Hadleigh Jean Smith; and his parent Lavonne Sublett.
