She was predeceased by : her parents, J. J. Schlichting and Ruby Schlichting (Sudermann); her former life partner Jim Adams; and her brothers, Henry, Phillip and Jay Schlichting.
She is survived by : her boyfriend Mike Holland; her children, Russell E. Adams (Lara) of Albuquerque, James J. Adams of San Antonio, Benjamin J. Adams of Albuquerque and Amy Jo Ferrell (Dustin) of Lakeway, Texas; and her stepdaughters, Holly Cockcroft (Brian) of Hooker, Kathy Holmes (Eddie) of Guymon and Stephanie Babb (Michael) of Ada, Oklahoma. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
