He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Tweed" Webb and Eunice Webb Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Nina Webb; his daughters, Telisa Webb Schelin (James) of Dallas, TX and Angie Webb Mulkey (Chad) of Sherwood, OR; his grandchildren, Jadyn Mulkey, Ava Joelle Schelin and Calan Mulkey; his brother-law-law Scott Gullett (Kim) of Midlothian, TX; his sister-in-law Tammy Bourquin (John) of Purcell, OK; and his stepfather-in-law Ray Gullett of Oklahoma City, OK.
Memorials may be made to the Victory Memorial Methodist Men, Carson Perry Legacy Scholarship, and the American Cancer Society.
