He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Tuttle and Emogene "Slokey" Tuttle (Brandkamp); his wife Rita Tuttle; and his brother Fred Tuttle. He is survived by: his children, Kim Smith (Drew) of Goodwell and Nick Tuttle (Brooke) of Guymon; his grandchildren, Caleb Methvin and Catherine Tuttle; and his siblings, Connie Conner (Robert) of Enid, Oklahoma, Dorthea "Dotty" Post of San Diego, John G. Tuttle (Jennifer) of Guymon, Sara Khammash (Hassan) of Arlington, Texas, Martha Bledsoe of Guymon and William "Bill" Tuttle of Guymon.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bunch - Roberts Funeral Home (122 NE 7th St, Guymon, OK 73942).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Steve can be made to the Slokey & John Tuttle Memorial Scholarship at the Panhandle State Foundation in Goodwell, Oklahoma, or to Feeding Hearts & Hands in Guymon.
