She is survived by: her son Anthony McNeil of Denver; her significant other Ishmel Thomas of Guymon; and her siblings, Tyson Hernandez of Goodland, Kyle Hernandez of Colby, Kansas, Brenna Perkins (Bradley) of Texhoma, Sam Hernandez of Dodge City and Breanna Campbell of Nebraska. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
