He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Keith and Barbara Keith (Daugherty); his former wife Sonya Keith; his brother Roy Kitch; and his nephew Trevor Keith.

He is survived by: his wife Melissa Keith; his children, Samantha Keith of Guymon and Winston Keith of Goodwell; and his siblings, Anthony Keith, Eric Keith, Charlotte Keith, Kathy Noble Jones, Calvin Keith, Jr., Charles Karpe, Walter Karpe and Patty Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
