She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Pettijohn and Mildred Pettijohn; her stepfather Roy Sneller; her half-brother R. J. Sneller; her children, Gerald "Jerry" Fowler and Sharon Stacy; and her grandson Larry Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Archer of Norton, Eloise "Wink" Sites (Rod) of Guymon, Oklahoma, Stephen Fowler (Cindy) of Sterling and Edward Fowler of Norton, Kansas; her brother Paul Pettijohn; and her half-sister Louise Jose of Montrose, Colorado. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, four nieces and three nephews.
