He was predeceased by : his father Peter Garcia; his daughter Britne Woodring; his grandson King David Perez; his mother-in-law Gloria Montoya; and his brother-in-law Germie Montoya.
He is survived by : his mother Hope Garcia (Laguna); his wife Holly Montoya; his children, Tiffany Woodring of Colville, Monique Montoya of Guymon, Gloria Garcia, Junior Garcia of Guymon and Richard Woodring (Megan) of Plainview; his siblings, Delia Topper (Jody) of Boise City, Esther Castillon (Mario) of Green River, Barbara Homan (Bob) of Guymon, Carl Nolan (Maida) of Boise City, Pete Garcia Jr. of Lubbock Texas and Rocky Garcia of Mission; his grandchildren, Gigi, Alize, Analize, Bentley, Regan, Riley, Mistie, Julies and Kiara; his father-in-law George Montoya (Dolly); his brother-in-law Gilbert Montoya (Misty); and his son-in-law David Perez.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Richards name to help with funeral expenses and will be accepted by the funeral home.
