He is survived by: his mother Joyce Elizabeth Deatherage (Childers) of Guymon; his wife Norma Bosquez; his children, Aaron Deatherage (Maleah) of Hooker, Matthew Deatherage of Guymon, Juliana and Michael Deatherage of Guymon; his grandchildren, David and Kimera Deatherage; his mother-in-law Ramona Bosquez; and his brothers-in-law, Cecil and Mario Bosquez.

The family request memorials be given to Hooker FFA, Scout Troop 163 or Girl Troop 4163.
