He was predeceased by: his daughter Danielle Raya. He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Raya of Los Angeles and Shirley Alvarado (Alvarado) of Commerce, California; his children, Timothy Raya of El Reno, Oklahoma, Mia Raya of Hammon and Rena Raya of Austin, Texas; and his siblings, John Ricker of Rogers, Richard Guzman of El Reno, Geno Raya of Los Angeles, California and Gina Raya of Los Angeles, California. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and a host of other family members, friends.
A wake was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Emergency Response Center (20415 OK-33, Hammon, OK 73650). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Mennonite Cheyenne Indian Cemetery.
