She was loved and cherished by many people including: her extended family Tootie; her friends, Beverly, Bev and Beaver; her parents, Robert Noe and Billie Noe; her husband Wayne; her daughters, Kim Bishop of Harrah and Kandice Hodges of Midwest; her brother Larry (Tony Noe) of Edmond; her grandchildren, Kortnee (JD Halvorson) of Harrah, Taylor Petrimoulx (Kelli Hayes) of Edmond, Hayden (Mary Mulanax) of Blanchard, Kanyan Hodges of Norman and Macy Hodges of Moore; and her great grandchild Kaycee James Halvorson.
