He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Davis; and his son Billy. He is survived by: his father Myrl Davis; his son Todd Wayne; his wife Lenda Burrow; his brother William; his daughter-in-law Tenae; his daughter Amanda; and his grandson Thomas. He is also survived by close friends with many high school classmates, including his best friend.
