He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cordes and Bonna Belle Cordes; and his siblings, Gary Cordes and Judy Beer. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Cordes; his children, Teana Cordes, Butch Cordes (Larry Jr.) and Casey Cordes (Britany); his grandchildren, Christian Cordes, Samuel Cordes, Trevor Riska, Taylor Riska, Cegan Cordes and Braxton Cordes; his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Lincoln, Luke, Walker Grace and Oakley Rae; and his sisters, Diane Mattern, Susy Lorenzen and Nancy Lemm.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Asa Smith Funeral Service (2039 Tim Holt Dr, Harrah, OK 73045). A graveside service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Memory Lane Cemetery (20451 NE 10th St, Harrah, OK 73045).
