He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Campbell and Diana Leisberg Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Greg (Staci Campbell) and Jeffrey (Donna Campbell); and his sister Lida McCullough of Carthage. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
