We announce the death of Patsy Talburt in Harrah, Oklahoma, born in Wellston, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 92. Patsy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Foulks and Ella Foulks; her son Donald Foulks; and her siblings, Evelyn Bell, Shirley Payne and Roger Foulks.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Talburt Hutchison (Billie Hutchison); and her sister-in-law Vickie Foulks. She is also survived by family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery (2301 E Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73071).
