He is survived by: his children, Phillip Smith (Beatrice Smith) of Hartshorne, OK and Heather LaQuay (Lonny Collier) of Kiowa, OK; his grandchildren, Madalyne Smith, Bailey Smith, Domanick Swing and Conner Collier; and his brother Benny Smith of Hartshorne, OK.
