She is survived by: her husband Paul McCarroll; her son Jon Wesley Haskins (Monica); her grandchildren, Pharah Sampleton and John Anthony Haskins; her great grandchildren, Brendalyn Ameria Carr and King Joel Carr; her siblings, Gary Maddux (Jo), Rick Maddux and Tammy Sue Maddux; and her brother-in-law Ernie Russell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
