Corrina Mae Smith-Kibart Obituary
Corrina Mae Smith-Kibart, 71, of Hartshorne, died Sunday, Sept. 15, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. The family will welcome friends at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in Hartshorne for visitation on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, Sept.20, at 2:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in Hartshorne.
Burial will follow at Blanco Cemetery. Corrina Mae Smith-Kibart was born on Oct. 14, 1947 to William Perry and Nola (Sommers) Smith. She grew up in Hartshorne and has lived there virtually all her life. Corrina earned a Bachelor's Degree and was a Certified Nurses Aid, working in the home health field. She had also worked at Gibson's, Seamprufe and Oklahoma Aerotronics.
She loved to sing and when she could, many years ago, she joined the Otto Copeland Singing Group on the radio. Corrina is survived by her children, Vicky South, Stephen South and wife Lindsey, and Wesley Kibart; 7 grandchildren, Joshaua Eacret, Albert P. Eacret, Cody Anderson, Bryce Lane South, Hayden Kibart, Drace Standefer and Morgan Lukenbaugh; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Maria Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Martha Stubblefield; and 3 brothers, Monroe Lee, Solomon Smith, and Marlin Lee.
