He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Samuel Casey and Margaret Roberta Casey (Frank); his son Richard Larry Casey, II; and his niece Mindy McIntosh. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Korin Gosney (Trevor Branam), Lylyan Casey, Ashley Casey and Kaitlyn Casey; his siblings, Sandy McIntosh (Martin), Jeannie Leafty (Greg) and Danny Casey; and his daughter-in-law Terisue Casey. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1300 E Washington Ave, McAlester, OK 74501).
