She is survived by: her children, Misty Smith of Gowen and Smokey Smith of Wilburton; her grandchildren, Sierra Goddard, Smokey Slayde Smith, Brooke Ann Welsh and Richard Derrick Welsh; her great grandchildren, Richard Henry Welsh and Olivia Welsh; and her siblings, Karen Powell and David Royer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
