He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel A. Osburn and Dora Elizabeth Osburn (Jackson); his wife Mary Ellen Osburn; his son Jim Osburn; and his siblings, Donald Osburn and Carmen Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Cox (Larry) of Searcy, AR, Roger Osburn (Jan) of Morrison, OK and Larry Osburn (Regina) of Bixby, OK; his daughter-in-law Karen Osburn (Jim) of Coweta, OK; and his daughter Leah Blan (Stan) of Haskell, OK.. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Backpack Food For Kids program at the Central Church of Christ, Haskell, OK.
