She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Mathews and Goldie Mathews (Foutch); her brothers, Kenneth, Denton, Dallas and Raymond Mathews; her husband James Kenneth Choate; and her son-in-law Tracy Reeves.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Collins (Jamie), Kendra Reeves and Michelle Gaertner (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Rikki Ogden (Abe), James Tyler Qualls (Jenny) and Makyla Clark (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Chase, Arthur, Nathan, Mylee and Wesley. She is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Haskell (1401 N Haskell Blvd, Haskell, OK 74436).
