He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Sue Kelley and Ted Kelley; his wife Julie Kelley; and his brother-in-law Terry Mullen. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Mullen, Kevin Kelley (Deborah) and Brian Kelley (Trina); his son Codi Kelley (Jenna); and his stepdaughter JoAnna Hill.
