He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brassfield and Cybil Holt (Barnett); and his sister Carol Sue Burk. He is survived by: his wife Jan Holt; his children, Gina Holt of Tulsa, OK and Scott Holt of Eugene, OR; his grandchildren, Ryan Shae Holt and Will Holt; his brother Michael Holt of Broken Arrow, OK; and his sibling's children, Mike, Heidi McKinney, Phil, Rebecca Ruble, Shelly, David McGehee, John and Vicki Burk.
