He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Earl Gamblin and Grace Johnson Gamblin of Oklahoma; his grandparents, George T Gamblin, Martha Gamblin (Selvidge), Willis Floyd Johnson and Willie Virginia Johnson (Miller); his brother George Leo Gamblin; his half-siblings, Jackie Lee Gamblin and Sandra Gayle Boice; and his cousin Wayne Smith (Billy Smith).
He is survived by: his half-siblings, Leo Earl Gamblin, Jr. and Judy Diane Gamblin; and his cousins, Ramona Gamblin Wagnon, Jerry Smith and Steve Smith. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
