He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Slaten of Foreman, AR and Peggy Jones (Wayne) of Durant, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Slaten, Lisa Slaten, Rose Whisenhunt, Susan Bates, Amy Morgan, Steven Moorman, Greg Moorman, Dwayne Slaten and Todd Slaten. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
