He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jean Mays; his children, Brent Perkins (Valerie), Kelly Perkins and Shelly Perkins; his sisters, June Jett, JoAnn Winton, Clara Henry and Laverne Waymire; and his grandchildren, Mayson Sullivan, Aden Turpin, KJ Perkins, Sutton James Idleman, Brandon Perkins, Katelyn Perkins, Jessalee Leggins, Marty Keith Firestone, Taylor Morgan and Elijah Pacheco.
