She was predeceased by: her parents, Elle Mae and John Thomas Holcomb; her former husband Jim Porterfield; her sister Martha Taylor; her niece Linda Carlton; her great-nephew Jordan Carlton; and her siblings-in-law, Richard, Roy, Bobby, Roger, Walter Porterfield, Cecil Pearson, Pat, Wanda and Linda Mitchell (H. L.).
She is survived by: her daughter Kari Michelle (Mark) of Watonga, OK; her husband Perry Pearson; her children, Kelly Choate (JC) of Wilson, OK, Mike Pearson (Dana) of Waco, TX and Bo Pearson (Bonnie) of Shawnee, OK.; her grandchildren, James Nix (Megan), Bobby Nix (Karli), John Nix (Kamra), Josh Adams (Brandie), Carly Ford (Steven), Brittny McNeill (Brayden), Christopher Choate (Rilee), Andrew Ward, Matthew Choate (Aspen), Martha Choate (Cameron), Ashley Allen, Haley Grmela (Eddie), Michaela Kaddatz (Carson), Annie Pearson and Cody Pearson (Brook); her sister Bettye Carlton of Ada, OK; and her siblings-in-law, John Taylor of Hennessy Ok, Jerry, Anita Pearson of Tuttle, OK, Ray, Marsha Pearson of Wilson, OK, Lavern Porterfield of Wilson, OK and Peggy Porterfield of Healdton, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel (65 Golf Course Rd, Healdton, OK 73438). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Milo Baptist Church (23166 OK-53, Springer, OK 73458).
