It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ginger Ellen Lockhart of Heavener, Oklahoma, born in Springfield, Oregon, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Harrison (Dorsey) and Everett Harrison; her husband James "Bud" Lockhart; and her sister Clyda Mattison. She is survived by: her children, Jami Winters (Jim) of Heavener, Oklahoma. and James Lockhart (Carrie) of Heavener, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Stormy Winters, Haylee Sanchez (Octavio), Hope Lockhart and Jakob Lockhart; her great grandchild Kash Sanchez; her sister-in-law Kay Garner (Kilbourn) of Columbus; and her nieces, Amanda Foresee (Paree), Mindy Stevens, Kristie Garner and Charita Cooper (Patrick).

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Lockhart Scholarship Fund at Community State Bank.
