He is survived by: his wife Shelley Altstatt; his sons, Bryan Altstatt of Conway and Phillip "Andy" Altstatt of Cabot, Arkansas.; and his sisters, Georgia "Doddie" Dean (Mike) of Heavener, Oklahoma and Carrie "Candy" Irvin (Terry) of White Hall.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937).
