He is survived by: his wife Emma Steelman; his children, Rhonda Tamplin of Heavener, Oklahoma. and Ron Steelman (Sheila) of Heavener, Oklahoma.; his stepchildren, Pamela Bennett (Chris) of Claremore, Oklahoma. and Joe Box (Teri) of Heavener, Oklahoma.; his sisters, Naomi Cundieff of Lake Jackson and Regina Rowland (Dean) of Ozark, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, David Alan Tamplin, Jr. (Hailee Parks) of Melissa, Jessica Montgomery of Heavener, Shannon Ludington (Kristian) of Yukon, Ronald Steelman, Jr. of North Lake, Sooner Joe Box of Heavener, Tyler Box (Jensen) of Poteau, Shyla Rowzee of Corpus Christi and TexasFour.
