He is survived by: the mother of his children Henryetta Davis of Heavener, Oklahoma.; his children, Angelia Kay Newby (Donny) of Poteau, Oklahoma., Rodney Carroll Smallwood of Heavener, Paul Dale Smallwood (Jessica) of Heavener and Chuck Eugene Smallwood (April) of Heavener, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Nellie Watts (CJ) of Heavener, Mary Taylor of Heavener, Oklahoma., Carroll Smallwood (Shirley) of Heavener, Jesse Smallwood (Pauline) of Heavener and Clarence Smallwood (Mona) of Heavener, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Williams, Jacob Rolf, Shawne Wilson, Shane Padilla, Dakota Padilla, Skyla Smallwood, Cody Dale Smallwood, Moriah Kilgore, Hannah Smallwood, Anna Smallwood, Aden Padilla and Konnie Kay Smallwood.
