He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmer Lewallen and Betty Jo Kirkley (Brown). He is survived by: his sons, Robert Lewallen (Carrie), Phillip Lewallen (Brittany), Kevin Lewallen and Michael Johnson; his grandchildren, Julian Riley, Nevaeh Melody, Clair, Bobby Lee, Isaiah Luciano, Silas Tharron, Ravayha Jo, Landyn Levi, Elizabeth Grace, Issabelle Bethany, Story Rhyme, Phillip Robert Wilson and Candyn; and his siblings, Travis Lewallen, Charles Lewallen, Leo Lewallen, Connie Lewallen and Martha Kirkley-Lewallen.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937).
