He is survived by: his wife Pauline Burns; his children, Sherry Steelman (Randy) of Heavener, Phyllis Pace (Chris) of Heavener, Judy May (Tony) of Heavener, Bob Fowler of Heavener and Terry Fowler of Heavener; and his brother Stanley Fowler (Wilma) of Wister.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Forrester Baptist Church (15234 OK-128, Heavener, OK 74937).
