He is survived by : his children, Britney Lear of Monroe, Heather Cummings of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. and Brandon Lear of Monroe; his caregivers, Charlee White of Howe and Samantha Billey of Poteau; and his pets, Tiny, Sammy and Manny Numerous.
