She was predeceased by: her parents, Leno Gastaldo and Connie Gastaldo. She is survived by: her husband Kent Lackey; her son Thomas Brian Lackey (Hamid Sheikh Rezaei); and her sisters, Mary Warden and Rita Hardgrave. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
