He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Robert and Dorothy Collins (Barnes); his wife Earlene Collins (Francis); his daughter Christy Lindsey; his granddaughter Xandra Collins; and his sister Patricia Palmer.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Collins, Terri Kline (John) of Muskogee and Kimberly Hedrick of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Rusty Kline, Kelsey Short, Seth Kline, Truman Hedrick, Greyson Hedrick, Trinity Lindsay, Talitha Lindsay and Justice Lindsay; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Kline, Presley Kline, Milo Short and Maizy Short.
