She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ratley and Hazel Ratley; her sister Catherine David; and her daughter Carmen. She is survived by: her siblings, Rev. Ronald "Butch" Ratley (Beverly) and Renae Allen (Richard); her children, Mary Ann, Patrick and Travis; and her granddaughters, Sara, Rachel, Hanna and Sophia.
