She is survived by: her husband Glen Cook; her children, Jeanie Lynn Brice, Glenda Denise Inman, Glen Ray Cook, Jr. and Robert Reed Cook; and her sisters, Imogene Blaylock, Melba Cook, Joyce Ledbetter and Ellen Gray. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren.
