He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Cook; his wife Carolyn Sue Cook; his son Todd Lee Cook; his brothers, Bill Cook and Roy Wade Cook (Pete); his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Byers, Gary Harris, Don Burleson and Loretta Burleson; his niece Kim Cook Botts; and his nephews, Dale Byers and Dale Cook.
He is survived by: his father Roy Wade; his daughters, Tonia Britton (Britt) and Teresa Wood (Albin); his sisters, Dixie Byers and Susie Harris; his grandchildren, Trey, Bob, Charlie, Jack Britton, Katie and Gillie; and his granddaughter-in-law Maycee. He is also survived by father who loved his girls, a grandfather who adored his grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Integrity Chapel (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Nazarene (718 W Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
