He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie Lewis (Gipson); his friend Phillip Williams; his father David Lewis, Jr.; and his sisters, Patricia and Sharon "Bubbles" Lewis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Lewis and Diane Jobe; and his siblings' children, Richay Jobe, Gloria Jobe, Krystle Prather, Jeff Lewis, Jordan Lewis and Johnathan Lewis.
